“The Round Martinique Carnival Regatta” from February 13th through 15th 2015. This new regatta is the results of combining the former “Tour de la Martinique” and “Carnival Regatta”.
The program will be as follows :
3 races along the Martinique southern and eastern coasts , through the Marin and the Robert to return to Fort-de- France Bay along the northern and western coasts.
The first race (Fort-de-France – Marin) will take place together with the Transquadra (Transatlantic regatta gathering a hundred boats on each edition) postlogue race followed by a beach party between skippers and crew members on the Marin Beach.
You will also enjoy the Saturday night beach carnival party at Pointe Savanne in Robert before the last challenging race heading back to the Fort-de-France Bay.
The regatta is open to all series with adjusted itiniraries for the Tempest, Class40 and Cruising classes.
Registration will be possible on the Regatta website, www.theroundmartinique.com, from early December 2014 and by January 31st 2015. In the meantime, you will be able to directly register at the “Club Nautique Le Neptune” by filling in the attached registration form and returning it back to Caroline Rosier at the following email address.
