With the publication of the Notice of Race for the 37th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta, the organizers have announced new class options and more racing for competitors at the World’s largest warm-water regatta. Among the innovations for the 37th edition, 2-6 March 2017, is the introduction of ORC rating classes for performance boats.
