ENTRY FEES:
$6.00 US per foot of the length on deck, payable with a completed entry form, by MARCH 15th 2013

$10.00 US per foot after MARCH 15th 2013

Yacht owners that are registered Members of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club at least 6 months prior to the regatta date  do not pay an entree fee to participate in the classic regatta.

Yachts that have participated in a previous St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta or Grenada Classic Yacht Regatta and are not a member of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club will have to pay only 50% of the regular entree fee.

Yachts that have participated in the Transat Classique to Barbados do not pay an entree fee to participate in the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta.

Yachts that have done a Trans Atlantic Crossing to race in the regatta do not pay an entree fee to participate in the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta.
Our organization provides special reduced hotel rates for visiting tourists.
A list with hotels will be available soon.
Tourists that book a week during the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Regatta can apply for a free catamaran sail during the regatta.

The regatta is organized by the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club in cooperation with Jean Jarreau Media and will be sanctioned as before by the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club.

Thursday March 28, 2013

Registration day from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
at the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club in the Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse and Hotel on the Philipsburg Boardwalk (Dutch side).
Yachts can anchor in Great Bay and come by dinghy to the beach right in front of the hotel and the Classic Yacht Club.
Please make sure that you have properly anchored and have enough anchor chain out.
We are also working on docking possibilities at Bobby’s Marina.
Dinghies can be pulled up on the beach or you can go to the dinghy dock in Bobby’s Marina or in the small channel leading up to the Greenhouse restaurant.

Free drinks and snacks will be available for all registered Captains and Crew + Invited Guests and Press from 6.00 pm until 9.00 pm at the Classic Yacht Club in and outside the Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse and Hotel.
The thirty minutes Skippers briefing starts there at 6.30 pm followed by the official openings ceremony and welcome cocktail party.
A special regatta menu will be available in the restaurant and the Classic Yacht Club Bar will remain open late.

Friday March 29, 2013

Free espresso coffee for crew and press as from 7.30 am.
The Pasanggrahan restaurant will be open for breakfast. ( Please make reservations in advance the day before )

First race day with start not before 10.00 am out of Great Bay Philipsburg (Dutch side).
Race to Marigot St.Martin (French side) with finish in the bay of Marigot.
Free dockage for participants (subject to availability) courtesy of Fort Louis Marina.
Free Drinks available after the regatta at the Marina Fort Louis Yacht Club for all registered Captains and Crew, press and invited guests.

Saturday March 30, 2013

Second regatta race day and special Tall Ships Day.
Free espresso coffee for crew and press at the parking lot in front of Fort Louis Marina as from 7.30 am.
Start not before 9.00 am in the bay of Marigot and finish in Great Bay Philipsburg.

Tall Ships will have a separate start and course with finish also in Great Bay

FREE Beach Buffet for all registered Captains, Crew, Owners, Press and invited guests as from 1.00 pm (strictly invitation only) in the tents in front of the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club @ the Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse and Hotel.

Saturday evening Classic Regatta party with Live band at the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club @ the Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse and Hotel.
Special regatta menu available in the restaurant.

Third race day with start not before 10.00 am again out of Great Bay and finish again in Great Bay around 4.00 pm.

Local Sail Boat Races in Great Bay with separate starts, courses and finish in Great Bay

Sunday evening Award giving ceremony as from 7.00 pm followed by the price giving party at the St.Maarten-St.Martin Classic Yacht Club @ Pasanggrahan Royal Guesthouse and Hotel.
Special regatta menu available in the restaurant.
