Last call for Early Bird Discounts at the PR International Dinghy Regatta

Calling all Caribbean (and other) sailors! Early bird discounts for registrations at the International Dinghy Regatta end on January 3^rd, 2017.  There are 12 optimists from ISVI and BVI. Charters are available for all classes (optimist, lasers, sunfish).
