The Lodge, National Sailing Academy: Rooms range from US$75-US$125 per night – it is 10 minutes walk & all money paid to the Lodge goes to supporting the schools & sailability programme. Room configurations are twin, double and a triple (bunk beds and a double) so work well if you are on a budget & the majority have a kitchenette included.
