Calling all sailors to the 2016 St. Thomas International Regatta, set for March 25 to 27 – Easter Weekend! Register on or before January 31 and pay only US $250. STIR offers more classes and rating rules under which to compete than any other regatta in the Caribbean. Enter the Caribbean Sailing Association (CSA); IRC; High Performance Rule (HPR); Multihull; CSA Bareboat; Non-Rater Cruising Class (PHRF-handicap); Beach Cats; or One-Design classes with a minimum length of 20 feet. Can’t BYOB – bring your own boat? Charter! Companies such as Global Yacht Racing, OnDeck Ocean Racing, Performance Yacht Charters and RegattaPRO.com have yachts already race-ready in the Caribbean.

What’s more, all boats entered by January 31 are eligible for a drawing to win customized long sleeved tech shirts with their boat names. The USVI’s Lawrence Aqui, aboard his Dufour 40 Wild T’ing, won the November drawing and Canada’s Rob Butler, helming his VXOne, Touch2Play Racing, was the December drawing winner. Are you next?

The 2016 STIR promises challenging courses, professional race management and island-style hospitality.
