Puerto Rican Sailors Win Big at the 2015 Pan-American Games

Congratulations to the four Puerto Rican sailors who placed 1st & 3rd respectively in their classes at the 2015 Pan-American Games held last month in Toronto! Enrique Figueroa and Franchesca Valdes Ortega both won Bronze medals in the Open Hobie 16 class, while Raul Andres Rios De Choudens and Fernando Monllor Pacheco both won Gold medals in the Open Snipe class. A celebratory homecoming party was held for the winners this past Tuesday at the Club Nautico de San Juan in Puerto Rico, which will also be hosting the upcoming 2015 Caribbean Dinghy Championships this October.
