Job Vacancy – Dinghy Sailing Instructor

The Royal BVI Yacht Club is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic dinghy sailing instructor to join their team based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

They are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.   In addition to teaching youth and adult classes, duties include maintenance of club boats/equipment, organization of camps, regattas and fundraising activities.

RYA (or equivalent) instructor, powerboat and first aid qualifications essential with a minimum of 3 years of experience post qualification.

This is a full time position which does require working weekends and public holidays. Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Minimum contract 1 year.
