Explaining how the Sol Water Taxi Service worked, Regatta Director, Michele Korteweg said sailors wanting to go ashore could hoist the Blue & Orange Sol flag during the day or use a glow stick during evening hours, to be collected and ferried to shore by one of the Sol Water Taxi dinghies. Sailors requiring a water taxi service to board their yachts, particularly early in the morning when hurrying to bring in the supplies for the day, need only go to the Sol Water Taxi Service dock.
