Race Coach/Instructor Vacancy at Royal BVI Yacht Club

The Royal British Virgin Islands Yacht Club, based on the island of Tortola, has a vacancy for a Race Coach/Instructor to train the BVI Optimist & Laser Radial teams!

As well as coaching the race teams, you will also be required to teach all levels of sailing to include Beginners and Intermediates, as well as organize and lead clinics/camps during school holidays with a goal of encouraging new sailors into the sport. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years coaching experience and a successful track record coaching and racing Optimists, Lasers, C420s, and small keel boats. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the club boats. This is a full time position with an initial 2 year contract, weekend and bank holiday working required.
